Happy Friday everyone! I want to start making #FuelFriday a thing, where at the end of every week when it gets so easy to order takeout or grab lunch on the go, I can bring you guys something that might motivate you to make the best choice to fuel your weekend!
If you’re like me, weekends are the time to get your long run in, between laundry (you know you’re out of sports bras), grocery shopping for the next week, and trying to enjoy some down time. This weekend Chris and I are actually traveling for a Catch Wrestling Coach’s Camp. I know what you’re thinking and no-I am totes not participating in that. I’ll stick to my own forms of insanity, like running 13 miles in inclement weather, thank you very much! Being an Athletic Trainer, I’m out of the house a LOT, and not usually home for several meals of the day.
