Hi, I’m Roxanne!  I am a Certified Athletic Trainer as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA with a passion for hitting the pavement…or the track…or the trails.  I began running in high school not because I loved it (yet), but to whip my butt into shape for kickline.  Over the years it became my most loved way of 1: staying in shape and 2: maintaining balance-physical and mental.  I’m constantly searching for the perfect stride, and loving every minute of it!  I’ve ran countless 5k races, took 1st in my age group in the one and only 10k I’ve ran, and found my favorite challenge (so far) in the half marathon distance 7 times.  2018 will be the year of the marathon!

As a Certified Athletic Trainer I have worked with athletes at the collegiate and high school levels, as well as weekend warriors in the physical therapy clinic.  With my CSCS credential I hope to take my ability to help people stay in the game and do what they love most to the next level!
